Classes and Workshops

I have concluded my weekly classes in Pointe-Claire. I am now focusing on private mentoring/coaching. It is proving to be an awarding experience as I come to know each artist and their creations in a more in depth fashion. The page on Private and Online Coaching describes some of the possibilities in my approach.

Workshops are developed with a focus in mind. They can be an enriching experience, an opportunity to study a singular focus in depth.

Workshops give you an opportunity to watch demonstrations, ask questions that have you perplexed, participate in an exchange of ideas with fellow artists or work quietly on your own painting. Feedback while you are painting can be useful. Class critiques can be invaluable, both the critique of your work and the critiques of other works.

Workshops can be weeklong or a single day. The longer workshops are considered to be Vacation Workshops as the participating artists stay on site for the week. Weekend Workshops may be out of town or here in Montreal. Day Workshops are held in Montreal and are 5 – 6 hours long.

All workshops are created with a theme or focus. They are planned with enough flexibility to suit all levels of painters.
