Tip of the Month - July 2003 |
With the summer season here, you may be considering a vacation workshop. There are hundreds of choices available. When you decide to take a workshop, you may have some questions about its content. You have a right to the answers. Here are some questions for you to consider. |
What will the focus of the workshop be? Will painting and sketching be done PLEIN AIR? Or will personal photos make up the reference material for your paintings? |

Does the instructor give in-depth critiques? Is the approach positive? Or does the instructor avoid critiques? |
You will probably not have all the responses that you are hoping for. Decide which points are important for you and then make your workshop choice. |
