Were You There




I am a painter of dominantly organic forms. In this work, I was pleased to be able to combine the geometric with the organic. It started with the organic movement in a linear way and smudges of white and yellow were added. Washes of cool colors were applied with flat brushes to help me apply more straight edges. The resulting image has a feeling of the geometric forms of a city. The blue family adds a feeling of rain.
