Welcome Spring




I await the tulips every spring. They seem to say, Yes, spring has finally arrived. I decided to paint these tulips in the red-violet family. To carry the idea further, I created a background using the violet family, also. These violets were mixed with other colors on the palette for variety. Even the greens have violet and red-violet in them.
