Spring Morning




I have just returned from a workshop in which the compositional planning was done en plein air. The colors in the countryside in the spring are soft for about a week. This particular scene made me think of that time when the workshop participants and I were outside observing the color and light of the season. The moisture rising from the ground adds to the softness of the short season.
