Luxuriant Wonder


My white peony bush is young, not more than 4 years old. This year, it produced 8 - 10 large amazing blooms and now there is another dozen full buds about to break into full flower. The flowers are so heavy that they need a support trellis to hold them up. I find this species to be an amazing sight when I look into the garden each day. This watercolor was painted on a 300lb. hot press paper by Fabriano.
