Light in the Dark

I feel that this painting is an open door inviting me to enter the world of
non-objective art expression. It is an area that I wish to explore further
while continuing in the world of realism. My realism contains aspects of
abstraction. Therefore, to go further would seem a natural step. The very
act of applying paint to ground without a subject in mind is like
meditation.
In May of 2002, the tip page was about this very subject of light in the
dark.
