Hidden Falls

One afternoon while I was at Mount Sutton, I decided to sketch what I saw from the large rock at the pond. From the road, this waterfall was not visible. I sat on a chair at the base of the falls and drew what I saw. The water was rushing down over the rocks and I felt a cool breeze from its movement. This torrent of water originated from a lake on the top of the mountain and wended its way over rocks and through crevices and around trees to this pond. Then, it continued down the mountain to the valley below.

I heard the sound of rushing water every day that I was there.
