Day's End


"Many years ago, there was a railway track that ran from Montreal through the Laurentian Mountains. We, as a family, took this train to Val David in the summer for our holidays. This railway is no longer in operation & now in the summer, one can see bicyclers travelling from community to community along the now paved track. In the winter, one can see cross country skiers moving along the same road. I saw this section of the former track at about 4:30pm on a January day. It was very peaceful & the light was exquisite."
