Craig's Place


This painting was started in the summer of 2000 after visiting my friend Craig's place. The day was hot & the stream made me feel cool. This year, I returned to Craig's place on a hot July day and it was if it was still July 2000. The tumbling water & the glorious breeze made an unbearably hot day wonderful. I took note of the light & movement & I returned to the studio to complete the work.
