The subjects of color and technique and how to use them are a continuing study for me. The plan for this workshop is to take you along with me as I continue to research these fascinating aspects of watercolor. Hot press paper, Yupo paper, watercolor canvas, abstract underpainting and negative space will be the focus of our paintings.
The subject matter will take advantage of the time of the year. The flower will be our focus. Sketching will be done form the subject, and painting, demonstrations, and lectures will take place in the studio.
