This workshop will use the principles of design as a guideline for compositional planning. Concepts for individual works will be taken from the time of day, a mood or specific weather conditions.
Our subject matter will be inspired by the natural surroundings of Mount Sutton in Canada’s Eastern Townships, Quebec.
Sketching will be done on site from the chosen subject; painting, demonstrations, and lectures will take place in the studio. Weather permitting, painting en plein air will be an option.
